This policy applies to all clients. I will not accommodate anyone who’s fails to read.

PAYMENTS

Each service will require a deposit fee OR a valid debit/credit card (which will not be charged) to secure your place on the bookings list. Deposits go towards the total service fee.

Deposit are non-refundable & non-transferable. Final payments can be made with cash OR the card you placed on file. All card transactions will have an additional $4 processing fee. I do not accept cash app.

APPOINTMENTS/AVAILABILITY

When you are booking, be sure to add all additional services you want to receive. If you are trying to book a same day appointment, please text (912)508-2375. Same day services are an additional $15. Please note: If you book an appointment on Sunday, there will be an up charge of $25 added to the final balance.

Classes can be booked any day of the week.

V.I.P. APPOINTMENTS

Be sure to check the "hours of operation" for the specific day you are booking. If you book an appointment outside of the "business hours" for that specific day, there will be an additional "V.I.P. Fee" added to your balance. All "V.I.P. FEES" will be an additional $15.

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm

• Tuesday 12:00pm-10:00pm

• Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

• Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

• Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm

TARDINESS

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 mins late, you will be charged an additional $10 to your service. The late fee is strictly enforced. If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND

You are allowed to reschedule two times. If you reschedule more than two times, your appointment will be canceled. If your appointment is cancelled in advance, you will forfeit your deposit, but you will not be charged for the service. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled day, your card will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service that you were scheduled to receive. If your appointment is canceled the same day of your appointment, your card will be charged for the full amount of the service you were scheduled to receive. This fee is strictly enforced. If you place an invalid card on file, you will be BANNED from booking.

If your class is cancelled in advance, you will forfeit your deposit, but you will not be charged for the service. If your class is cancelled within a week of your scheduled day, your card will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the service that you were scheduled to receive. If your class is canceled the same day of your appointment, your card will be charged for the full amount of the service you were scheduled to receive. This fee is strictly enforced. If you place an invalid card on file, you will be BANNED from booking.

If you are a "NO CALL/NO SHOW".....you will NOT be able to make an appointment with me again & your card will be charged the remaining balance of the service that you were scheduled to receive. This fee is strictly enforced. If you place an invalid card on file, you will be BANNED from booking. If your card is charged, the payment cannot be transferred to another appointment.

ENVIRONMENT

NO EXTRA GUEST ARE ALLOWED (an additional $20 will be added to your remaining balance if you bring extra guest & they must wait in the waiting area)

 

Your service time is dedicated to you, and you only. Dress comfortably. Bring headphones so you can enjoy your favorite music. Beauty naps are welcomed. Treat yourself.
